Lower Back Pain Cause and Treatment

You can’t get up after a long hour of sitting, can’t go to work, can’t go jogging, can’t go out on blind dates, can’t go out to party. Why, why, why? Is life playing its stupid jokes on you? No. The pain in the lower back is the culprit, and it’s ruining your career, social life and love life. In other news, it is scraping life away from you.

lower back painMany possible causes can be attributed or blamed for having pain in the lower back. Diseases or injuries to muscles, bones, joints and nerves are the most common causes. However, pain in the lower back may be something way serious. It may be a symptom of organ malfunction, specifically organs within the abdomen, pelvis or chest. Appendicitis, aneurism, kidney infection, bladder infection, pelvic infection, ovarian disorders, and a lot more, can cause pain referred to the back.

However, lower back pain is still an unpleasant experience and something that can leave many people unable to get on with their daily tasks. There are a number of options out there for someone who is looking for an effective treatment, each with their own benefits and potential risks.

However, as with any other alternative or herbal remedy, the results can vary widely. However, some medical professionals do suggest them as a supplement to more traditional treatments. There are also some instances when they appear to work when all other options have failed.
